Almond Flour Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 eggs

  • 4 tbsp canned coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • coconut oil for frying

 

 

Directions:

  1.  Mix dry, mix wet, mix all

  2. Heat pan to medium, add oil

  3. Add 1/8 cup batter to pan and flip when it starts to bubble (grain free flours burn faster so watch closely)

  4. If trouble flipping, try making pancakes smaller
