Avocado Egg Salad

Serves: 3 - 4



  • 2 avocado

  • 8 hard boiled eggs

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (2-3 lemons)

  • ½ tsp mineralized salt




  1. Mix and mash all ingredients together.

  2. Use veggies as scooping tool (if I’m craving a crunch I’ll have some rice crackers or organic corn chips WITH the veggies. I am human ya know ;)



Reality moment:

   Sometime we just want a crunch. Sometimes we just want to throw the carrots out the doggie door and grab a bag of chips. Sometimes we don’t give a crap if it’s real food or not. It’s life. It’s reality.

   First of all, notice this! Take a quick review of your day/week/time of the month and see if you can put pieces together. Are you stressed? Did you have poor sleep last night? Was your last meal a little unbalanced (non CPF)? These things affect hormonal balance and cravings. All I ask is that you note the connection to become more aware of how your environment can affect food choices.

   Second of all, choose the best version of your craving possible. Below are some of my go-to’s when I want a non-veggie crunch.
