Cashew Curry Sauce


  • Amounts may need adjusted to your tastebuds

  • 1 c raw cashews

  • 3/4 c hot water

  • 1/8 c lime or lemon juice

  • 1/2 tbsp honey

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp curry powder

  • Salt to taste (estimate 1/4 tsp)




  1. Add cashews to blender and pulse until chopped

  2. Slowly add hot water and mix until creamy

  3. Add the rest, blend, taste, adjust as needed

  4. Serve warm or cold. Over veggies or protein...or off the spoon
