Chocolate Date Bites
Ingredients:

2 cups pitted dates

6 dried figs, stems removed

½ c raw pumpkin seeds

2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 Tbsp coconut oil
-
2 Tbsp hot water, more if needed

1 pinch of salt

Options for rolling: cocoa powder or coconut flakes
Directions:

Place dates, figs, pumpkin seeds, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and salt into food processor. Mix until crumbly. Add hot water and mix until formed and can be rolled into a ball.

Spread coconut flakes or cocoa and roll 1 Tsp sized bits into the topping.

Can eat at room temp, refrigerate, or freeze.
