Chocolate Date Bites


  • 2 cups pitted dates

  • 6 dried figs, stems removed

  • ½ c raw pumpkin seeds

  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 Tbsp hot water, more if needed

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Options for rolling: cocoa powder or coconut flakes




  1. Place dates, figs, pumpkin seeds, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and salt into food processor. Mix until crumbly. Add hot water and mix until formed and can be rolled into a ball. 

  2. Spread coconut flakes or cocoa and roll 1 Tsp sized bits into the topping.

  3. Can eat at room temp, refrigerate, or freeze.
