Chocolate Mocha Smoothie
Serves: 1
Ingredients:

1 banana (I freeze a few to make the smoothie creamy)

1 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter or coconut oil

1 Tbsp raw honey
-
Handful spinach
-
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

3 Tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin Protein or chocolate/vanilla protein power of choice (15-20 g protein)

1 cup chilled coffee (I put a few ice cubes in it to chill)

1.5 cup ice (more as needed)

1 Tbsp cocoa powder—may adjust based on protein powder used (will need less if using choc powder)

1 pinch mineralized salt
Directions:

Combine all ingredients into blender. Mix under desired consistency is reached. May need to adjust amounts to reach your desired consistency/flavor
