Golden Milk

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • pinch black pepper

  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup or honey

Directions:

  1. Heat everything except maple syrup/honey on stove until warm (this takes about 5 minutes)

  2. Stir in maple syrup or honey and serve!
