Golden Milk
Serves: 1
Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp turmeric
-
1/4 tsp ground ginger

pinch black pepper
-
1 tsp pure maple syrup or honey
Directions:

Heat everything except maple syrup/honey on stove until warm (this takes about 5 minutes)

Stir in maple syrup or honey and serve!
