Berry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

Handful of raw spinach

½ ripe avocado

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup berries
-
Pinch mineralized salt
-
2 Tbsp gelatin protein powder (Great Lakes Brand –get green can)

½ cup water or almond milk (adjust amount as needed)

Ice to desired texture
