Berry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Handful of raw spinach

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup berries

  • Pinch mineralized salt

  • 2 Tbsp gelatin protein powder (Great Lakes Brand –get green can)

  • ½ cup water or almond milk (adjust amount as needed)

  • Ice to desired texture

 

 

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
