Flax seed Focaccia
Ingredients:

2 cup ground flax seed

1 tbsp baking soda

1 tsp Himalayan salt

5 eggs
-
1/2 cup water

1/3 cup avocado oil
Directions:

Mix dry.

Put eggs, water & oil in blender and mix for 30 seconds (will be foamy).

Stir dry and wet and let sit for 3 minutes (again this will seem foamy)

Pour into 9x13 pan (lined w/ parchment paper) and bake at 350 for 20-30 min (will be golden brown on top.

Tip: next time I make these I'll probably experiment with adding some herbs for a flavor. Top with nut butter or butter butter
