Flax seed Focaccia


  • 2 cup ground flax seed

  • 1 tbsp baking soda 

  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt

  • 5 eggs

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/3 cup avocado oil




  1. Mix dry.

  2. Put eggs, water & oil in blender and mix for 30 seconds (will be foamy).

  3. Stir dry and wet and let sit for 3 minutes (again this will seem foamy)

  4. Pour into 9x13 pan (lined w/ parchment paper) and bake at 350 for 20-30 min (will be golden brown on top. 

  5. Tip: next time I make these I'll probably experiment with adding some herbs for a flavor. Top with nut butter or butter butter
