Grain Free Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups sunflower seeds

  •  1.5 cups chopped almonds

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 cup coconut flakes (larger)

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup almond or sunflower butter

  • 1/4 cup honey 

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • raisins/ cranberries are optional (1 cup)

 

Directions:

  1. Mix dry, mix wet, mix all.

  2. Spread on baking sheet

  3. Bake at 300 for 25-32 minutes (depending on desired crispiness)

  4. Let sit and dry a bit before stirring
