Grain Free Granola
Ingredients:

1.5 cups sunflower seeds

1.5 cups chopped almonds

1 cup shredded coconut
-
1 cup coconut flakes (larger)

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 tbsp cinnamon
-
1/3 cup almond or sunflower butter

1/4 cup honey
-
2 tbsp coconut oil
-
raisins/ cranberries are optional (1 cup)
Directions:

Mix dry, mix wet, mix all.

Spread on baking sheet

Bake at 300 for 25-32 minutes (depending on desired crispiness)

Let sit and dry a bit before stirring
