Nut Crunch Cereal

Serves: 4



  • 4 cup raw nuts (I like a variety of almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews).

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin or sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup shredded coconut(optional)

  • 1 cup dried fruit (optional-chopped apricots, raisings, currants, craisins, etc.)

  • Almond or coconut milk (look for brand without the ingredient “carrageenan”

  • For added protein, unflavored gelatin




  1. Chop the nuts up either by hand or for 2-3 seconds in blender (not much longer or you’ll be on your way to nut butter).

  2. Mix with seeds, coconut, dried fruit.

  3. Store in airtight container (I like large mason jars for this).

  4. Serve with fresh fruit and milk

  5. For added protein, stir in 2 tbsp of gelatin into milk.
