  • ¼  cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or garlic powder ~1/2 tsp)

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup or raw honey

  • 1 Tbsp fresh herb, chopped (basil, parsley, or dill) (optional)

  • Place all ingredients in jar and shake together. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
