Smoothie To-go

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana

  • Small mango

  • 1 c blueberries

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 3 tbsp gelatin (I use Great Lakes brand)

  • 1/4 c parsley

  • 1 tsp cocurcumin

 

 

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together into a smoothie
