Smoothie To-go
Ingredients:

1/2 banana

Small mango
-
1 c blueberries

2 tbsp ground flaxseed
-
3 tbsp gelatin (I use Great Lakes brand)

1/4 c parsley

1 tsp cocurcumin
Directions:

Blend all ingredients together into a smoothie
