Smoothie with Spices
Ingredients:

1/2 banana

1/2 c papaya
-
2/3 c frozen blueberries

1.5 tbsp ground flaxseed
-
1-1 1/2 tsp turmeric, cinnamon, spirulina

2 tbsp gelatin
-
Water to desired consistency
Directions:

Blend all ingredients together into a smoothie
SMOOTHIE TIP: sneak in nutrient dense spices. I used turmeric, cinnamon, and spirulina here but the fruit covers the taste
