Smoothie with Spices

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 c papaya

  • 2/3 c frozen blueberries

  • 1.5 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1-1 1/2 tsp turmeric, cinnamon, spirulina

  • 2 tbsp gelatin

  • Water to desired consistency

 

 

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together into a smoothie

SMOOTHIE TIP: sneak in nutrient dense spices. I used turmeric, cinnamon, and spirulina here but the fruit covers the taste
