Emily is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the state of Massachusetts where she resides with her husband, and 2 kids, Oliver and Zoey. Emily graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health where she achieved a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health in 2019 with a concentration in Human Clinical Nutrition. Emily achieved her CNS (certified nutrition specialist) credential in 2020 after obtaining 1000 supervised hours and passing a board certified exam. Instead of focusing in on an isolated set of symptoms, Emily believes in looking at the whole person and digging in relentlessly to find the root cause of their ailments. Her specialties include hormonal health- including fertility, prenatal, and postpartum nutrition and gut health. Emily’s internship focused on mindful and intuitive eating so she brings that approach to every client she works with, empowering them to improve their relationship with food. When Emily’s not working with clients, you will find her playing with her kiddos, taking ballet barre classes, and cooking and baking in her kitchen. :)
